Contextual development of a rural farmyard to provide four new individual dwellings. This organic development incorporated the existing historical buildings to create two detached and two semi-detached properties, each utilising traditional brick and flint construction typical of the area. The resulting development sits comfortably in it’s riverside surroundings, providing high specification accommodation in a peaceful location.
